The Patterson Kelley (PK) Field Service Department is readily available to provide field service when requested.

PK’s service technician’s primary function are to identify and correct the source of mechanical problems. They are also available to instruct your personnel in the correct operating procedures and preventative maintenance of equipment.

Field Service Inquiry

Required Information

The machine serial/reference number. A brief description of the problem you are experiencing. Please also include any other pertinent information that will help our staff identify and troubleshoot the problem. A PK representative will be in touch to discuss the issue.

Preparation

Machines must be out of production, cleaned and ready upon the arrival of our service technician. Your team is requested to provide the necessary assistance in the form of movers, mechanics, operators, etc. We will also need any standard tools and facilities that may be required, but cannot be readily carried by a service technician, i.e. lifting equipment, welders, etc.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

Prevent unnecessary downtime and costly equipment failures with routine maintenance performed by our trained factory technicians. Scheduled maintenance ensures timely service and optimal equipment performance. Annual and multi-year service contracts are available for your convenience.
