P-K Blend Master^® Lab Blender

PK manufactures the Blend Master series with working volumes up to 16 quarts (15 liters). Designed for use with one of a variety of intensifier bars, these blenders are used for both liquid addition and intimate, homogeneous blending of minor ingredients. Various designs are available to help you achieve precise and efficient blending for all of your R&D, pilot plant, and lab-scale work.

The Blend Master delivers precise, small-scale blending for R&D, pilot plant, and lab applications. These highly customizable units feature options of dual-blending vessels and versatile intensifier options. Removable 316 stainless steel or acrylic shells, electronic safety interlocks, and built-in timers provide easy cleaning, enhanced safety, and consistent results. Ideal for experimental processes, quality control, and scale-up operations, the Blend Master® supports Twin Shell and Cross Flow vessel designs for flexible lab-scale solutions.
